SchoolGaze brings every part of running a school into one system: students and staff, academics and report cards, fees and full accounting, payroll, inventory, the library, the sickbay, communication with parents and more. Because it is all connected, data is entered once and flows everywhere it is needed - no double entry, no reconciliation headaches.
We built SchoolGaze around how Ugandan schools actually operate - the PLE, O-Level and A-Level grading systems, mobile money and bank fees reconciliation, bulk SMS to parents, and the realities of running a school with limited time and staff. It is not a foreign system bent to fit; it is designed for here.
