These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SchoolGaze website and platform, provided by Thinkx Software Ltd. By using SchoolGaze, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

SchoolGaze grants your school a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for managing your school during your subscription period. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions & payment

Access to SchoolGaze is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew for the agreed term unless cancelled.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others

Data

Your school's data remains yours. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep SchoolGaze available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and updates from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thinkx Software Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribing schools.
