This Privacy Policy explains how SchoolGaze, a product of Thinkx Software Ltd ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and school management platform.
We collect information you provide directly - such as your name, school, email address and phone number when you request a demo or contact us. When your school uses the platform, we process the school data you enter (such as student, staff and financial records) strictly to provide the service.
Your school's data belongs to your school. We act as a processor of that data and use it only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.
We protect data using encryption, secure cloud hosting, role-based access controls, activity logging and regular backups. See our security page for more detail.
We do not share your information with third parties except trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, or where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
